Fat Calf Boucherie was established in 2017 by Chef Anthony Felan in the parking lot of Red River Brewing Co. Smith Family Farms has always been providing meat for Chef Anthony. His food is one-of-a-kind that you would find in this atmosphere. As of April 2018, Fat Calf has moved inside Red River and has continued to comfort those from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch, dinner and brunch on Sunday's! Chef Anthony will work with you on any of your dietary needs and ensure you have the delicious meal you came for!
