We start with a boneless turkey breast and brine for 24 hours. This is followed by a healthy rub of our spice blend and smoking over a blend of Hickory, Maple, and Apple wood until the meat is perfect. Packaged in our boil bags you simply boil the Turkey Breast in the bag for about 20-30 minutes until its hot all of the way through. This keeps the meat tender and juicy right up until you bite into it. Perfectly easy to prepare and will leave you happy and full!
