Hickory and apple-wood smoked with a crust of salt and crushed black pepper, this brisket is incredible. Coming vacuum sealed in a cryo vac bag, this brisket just needs to be heated up to serve. We like to place it in a pot of hot water for about 30 minutes to get to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees. Simply cut open the bag and place the heated brisket onto a serving plate for any event. This brisket is guaranteed to impress your friends and family while being very low hassle.  (And you can stretch this into three meals!)
