Taking Mystery Out of Meat - Part 2 (February 12th)

In this class, you will learn how to cook different cuts of meat and why you cook them the way that you do. Chef Roger Peterson will be here to answer your questions and demonstrate how to prepare these cuts. Butcher Tyler Murad will also be here to explain the different cuts in a comfortable setting. You will be given 1 ribeye per person to take home and a beer or soft drink to have throughout the class. More details on our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/theroamingbutcher.
